Kay has worked in the human services field for the past twelve years. She received her Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, and trained as a Life Coach with The Coaches Training Institute. She has worked as a licensed psychotherapist with adults, teens and families and facilitated training groups for schools and businesses throughout the Denver metro area. She has also served as Adjunct Faculty at Naropa University in the undergraduate and graduate Psychology programs.  When she’s not coaching, you can find Kay playing at the park or pool with her two children or teaching a dance class at one of several Boulder locations.
