What is coaching and what does it address?
Coaching is a powerful relationship that supports clients in self-discovery and achievement of life-changing goals. Coaching can address ANY aspect of the client’s life from career and relationship issues to health, family, money, and the list goes on!
 
Is coaching right for me?
Coaching works for any client with these two factors present:
1) The client is willing to grow.
2) There is a gap between where the client is now and where she wants to be.
 
How does coaching work?
Coaching can be done successfully face-to-face or over the phone. 
The focus of the session is determined by the client. Together, coach and client tackle the client’s problem areas and discover what opportunities for growth might be present. The client also creates and works towards larger life goals with the coaching relationship providing the learning, support and structure to reach those goals.

How much does it cost?
The monthly coaching fee varies depending on whether you do individual coaching or a group, and which group or coaching package you choose.
 
How do I get started?
I recommend starting with a complimentary sample session. Coaching is most helpful when both coach and client feel a good connection and are willing to empower the relationship to help transform the client’s life.
